Set up your Online Account

Once you’ve activated your Online Account by registering your details for the first time:

  1. Choose your beneficiaries so we know who you’d like your pension to go to if you die before taking your money.
  2. Update your contact details so we can stay in touch with you, including your personal email address.
  3. Keep an eye on how much you’ve saved and see your annual statements.
  4. Combine your pension pots by transferring old pensions into The People’s Pension.
To set up your Online Account you'll need:
  • your National Insurance number
  • your customer number (it’s on emails & letters from us)
  • your personal email address.
