Set up your Online Account
Once you’ve activated your Online Account by registering your details for the first time:
- Choose your beneficiaries so we know who you’d like your pension to go to if you die before taking your money.
- Update your contact details so we can stay in touch with you, including your personal email address.
- Keep an eye on how much you’ve saved and see your annual statements.
- Combine your pension pots by transferring old pensions into The People’s Pension.
To set up your Online Account you'll need:
- your National Insurance number
- your customer number (it’s on emails & letters from us)
- your personal email address.
