Do I need an iPhone or Android to use the app?
You can use either smartphone to use our app. When you’re ready, visit the app store on your phone to download The People’s Pension app.
Which version of iOS or Android do I need?
For iOS, the app is designed for:
- iOS 17
- iOS 16
If your phone is on an iOS 15 version or below, you won’t be able to download the app from the App Store.
For Android, the app is designed for:
- Android 14
- Android 13
- Android 12
If your phone is on an Android 11 version or below, you won’t be able to download the app from Google Play.
How do I download the app?
Simply visit the app store on your phone and search for, The People’s Pension. You’ll then see an option to download the app. If you haven’t set up your account before, the app will take you through the steps to do this. You’ll then log in the same way you normally do for your online account.
I’ve not set up my account, can I still use the app?
No, you’ll need to have set up your account first. But you can do this within the app or online.
Is my personal data protected in the app?
Yes, we take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected and processed in line with our privacy notice.
We take the security of our members seriously, so we’re very careful about the process of updating and storing your details.
The app uses the same level of protection as your online account.
