Between now and 31 March 2025, all your new employer sign-ups with The People’s Pension will have no sign-up fee to pay. 

Fee waiver terms and conditions

For an employer to set up a scheme with us there’s a one-off payment of £500 + VAT, which is reduced to £300 + VAT if they sign up through a business adviser (a financial adviser, accountant, bookkeeper, or payroll provider).

Once the account is set up, there are no ongoing fees for the employer.

When you register with us (for free), we’ll give you a discount charge code for you to use with your clients. You’ll also get an adviser account to help your clients sign up.

Campaign

As part of the Fee Waiver 2024 Promotion (the “Promotion“), the Promoter will provide a £500 fee waiver for each eligible client of an FCA authorised financial adviser who signs up to The People’s Pension during the Promotional Period.

The Promotional Period starts at 09:00:00 on Monday 24 June 2024 and will run until 23:59:59 on Monday 31 March 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
The Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”), which govern the relationship between each participant in the Promotion (“you”) and People’s Partnership. (“Promoter”, “we,” “our” or “us”).

Eligibility


The Promotion is open to all FCA authorised financial advisers who are currently authorised by the FCA for relevant activity in the UK and have received direct communication from us (via email) inviting them to participate in the Promotion. The £500 fee waiver will only be applicable to those of your clients who are signing up to a pension scheme for the first-time during the Promotional Period (i.e., the fee waiver does not apply to businesses who are already (or have at any time been) users of The People’s Pension or any other pension scheme). We will determine eligibility at our discretion and reserve the right to disqualify you from participating in the Promotion if we discover you have breached these Terms.

To participate in the Promotion, you must successfully sign-up eligible clients as new clients of The People’s Pension during the Promotional Period; and perform these actions yourself, i.e., you cannot allow third parties to complete the transaction on your behalf.

You will be granted with one (1) fee waiver code that is unique to you which you can use to sign up new clients during the Promotional Period. The fee waiver code cannot be shared with any other party on your behalf and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation, or to refuse to award the fee waiver of £500 to any participant who breaches these Terms or any applicable law.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree that if we (in our reasonable opinion) believe that you have breached these Terms or any other terms that apply to your account, you unequivocally authorise us to deduct from your account any fee waiver paid under the Promotion.

The Promotion can only be applied via the code that we share with you via email at the time when the new client sign up is completed and cannot be retrospectively applied to your account.

We may change these Terms, or change, suspend or stop the Promotion at our discretion at any time.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the Promotion or any cashback, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

We accept no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise as a result of the Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, you consent to our collection, holding, storage use, processing, transfer, disclosure and/or reporting (directly or indirectly) of your personal data to relevant third parties (including any persons who are involved in operating, administering or promoting the Promotion), including but not limited to for the purposes of administering the Promotion, for contacting you regarding the same and for marketing purposes. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained into in this regard.
