You require some more information because of anti-money laundering regulations – when do you need this by?

As an employer under The People’s Pension, you’ve agreed to supply the Trustee with the information it needs to meet its legal obligations eg providing mandatory information in accordance with the UK Money Laundering Regulations. So, you need to inform us of this information via your Online Services Account as soon as possible.

You’re required under the schemes rules to provide any information the Trustee or the Founder of the scheme requires. If we don’t receive this information, there are additional steps that can be taken under the scheme rules in response. We would hope however that we should never need to use those powers.
