If your worker group ID doesn’t match your payroll, the quickest way to resolve this is to change this to match the payroll file. You can do this by either amending the worker group identifier in your payroll or by creating a new worker group matching the identifier in your payroll software and data file.
Your worker group settings tell our system the contributions basis and what contribution levels you’re paying for your employees. You can check your worker group by selecting ‘manage worker group’ on your account home screen of Online Services.
You should check you’re entering your worker group name exactly as it is entered, including any capitals.
