Can I refund an employee opt-out before The People’s Pension refunds my account?

Yes. A refund to an employee can be made at any time (usually via payroll).

The employee must have opted out within the one calendar month opt-out period to be eligible for a refund.

A list of employees can be downloaded from the ’employee details’ section of Online Services which will contain the date of each employee’s opt-out period.
