How do you deal with emailed opt-out notices received after the opt-out period?

We treat these as requests to leave the pension scheme and stop making contributions. This is also known as ceasing active membership.


Employees can cease active membership at any time.

If the opt-out period has passed, employees and employers aren’t entitled to a refund of their contributions. Instead, these remain invested until the member chooses to access them.
