I’m not confident using a computer or don’t have access to a computer, how can I access my pension money?

If you don’t have a computer, you can access your Online Account and request to take your pension money on a tablet or smartphone.

If you don’t have access to a smartphone, tablet or computer, or you just don’t feel confident accessing your pension money online on your own – get in touch and we’ll help guide you through the process.

If you have a vulnerability or disability which stops you from being able to request to take your pension money online, you can contact us to ask about the best way to access your money. If needed, we can send out paper forms for you to fill out, but this may mean it’ll take longer for you to receive your pension money from us.
