Unfortunately, there isn’t currently the facility to amend your contribution rates through your Online Account. If you’re currently making payments into the scheme via your employer, then please speak with your payroll department to increase the amount you’re contributing. Please be aware that there are limits to the maximum amount you can contribute to your pension and receive tax relief. Please seek guidance or advice if you are unsure.
If you’re currently making payments into your scheme via Direct Debit, please contact us to amend the amount you are paying in.
You can get information on how much you’ve paid in total on your Online Account. You’ll find this by selecting ‘Manage’ beside your pension. Then look in the ‘Summary’ section or the ‘Contributions’ section of your account.
