We don’t send any correspondence to leaving employees as we provide all relevant information when they join, and they retain access to their Online Account. However, all ex-employees will continue to receive annual statement information, either through their Online Account or in the post.
We’ll also write to your employees as they approach retirement. Employees will receive a lifestyling letter/email 15 years before their selected retirement age, which relates to their investment funds. If employees are enrolled within this 15-year period, they’ll receive this letter within one year of their enrolment. Employees will get a retirement pack 6 months before their selected retirement age. However, we’ll also send them reminders as they approach their retirement. These reminders will be sent 6 and 4 weeks before the employees’ selected retirement age.
