I’m having problems with my activation link, what do I do?

If your activation link has expired, you’ll need to contact us and confirm your date of birth and full address.

If you haven’t received your activation link, the previous links may not have been getting through to your inbox as they may have been blocked by your spam filter. If you don’t receive the new link, please check your spam folder.

The activation link is only valid until midnight the day it’s issued.
