Yes, log in to your account online and go to the personal details page to update your address.
You’ll receive an email to confirm the address has been updated, and we will send a letter to both your new and old address to confirm the change.
To update your address by email, we need you to contact us with a copy of a document that confirms your identity. Take a look at ‘list B’ in our ‘confirming your identity’ leaflet for examples of what you can send us.
You can scan and send a copy of the any of the documents in list B to info@peoplespartnership.co.uk, though please note, this isn’t considered a secure way of sending your information. You can also send the document to us by post along with a brief explanation as to why you’re sending us this information.
