Who can register with nudge?
Available to all employees who are members of People’s Pension, regardless of whether they’re currently contributing to their pension.
The only situations where a member can no longer access nudge are if:
- They’ve transferred their entire pension pot to another pension provider.
- They’ve withdrawn their entire pension pot and have no residual funds with us.
- They’ve opted out of the pension scheme within the 30-day window and received an opt-out refund.
How to access nudge on PC – employee Instructions
To access nudge via desktop, employees must first activate their People’s Pension account. If they haven’t done this yet, they can sign up easily on the People’s Pension website. Once logged in:
- Click ‘Learn more’ on the nudge banner at the bottom right of the homepage.
- On the new page, click ‘Start now’. A disclaimer will appear, explaining they’re being redirected to an external site – they need to select ‘Confirm’.
- After confirming, they’ll reach the nudge welcome page:
- Choose how they’d like to be addressed
- Agree to privacy and consent
- Select their interests and confirm for the best experience.
- Then finally click ‘Visit’ to access their personalised homepage.
How to access nudge on mobile – employee Instructions
Getting started with nudge via the app is quick and easy. Here’s how:
- Log in using their People’s Pension credentials.
- Scroll down to ‘Explore more’ and tap the ‘Focus your finances with nudge’ banner.
- On the new page, tap ‘Let’s get started’.
- Review the disclaimer and tap Confirm.
- On the nudge welcome page:
- Choose how they’d like to be addressed
- Agree to privacy and consent
- Select their areas of interest and confirm for the best experience.
- Tap ‘Visit’ to access their personalised homepage.
What if someone can’t get into nudge?
If the user has problems accessing nudge, they should contact nudge on support@nudge-global.com
If a user has a problem accessing their online account with People’s Pension they should start by trying to reset their password or contact info@peoplespartnership.co.uk
