Who can access nudge?
All employees who are members of People’s Pension can access nudge, even if they are not currently making pension contributions.
Access will only be removed if:
- The full pension pot has been transferred to another provider.
- The entire pension pot has been withdrawn, leaving no remaining balance.
- The employee opted out of the pension scheme within 30 days and received a refund.
How to access nudge – employee guidance
Employees can access nudge by logging into their People’s Pension online account. If they haven’t set up their account yet, they can do so easily by visiting People’s Pension sign up page.
Once logged in, a banner for nudge will appear on the homepage. By clicking ‘Learn more’, they’ll be securely redirected to the nudge website via Single Sign-On (SSO), where they can begin receiving personalised financial guidance and support.
For future access, employees should continue to log in through their People’s Pension online account and click the nudge banner to return to the platform
What to do if someone can’t access nudge?
If an employee is having trouble accessing their People’s Pension account, they should contact info@peoplespartnership.co.uk.
For assistance with the platform, they can reach out to support@nudge-global.com.
