Roy has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has worked in the retirement planning sector for most of that time and is a member of the Personal Finance Society and Pensions Management Institute.

Philip has worked in financial services for over 30 years, with most of his experience focused on pensions and retirement income products. During this time he has worked as an independent consultant, Head of Policy at LV= and as a Senior Policy Associate on high level projects at the Financial Services Authority. Here, Philip has also been Head of Customer Services and Technical Administration, managing the vesting process for a large back book of varied pension and life products, and was winner of The Public Affairs Awards ‘Corporate Campaign of the Year’ 2016.
Philip has been an active member of a number of industry trade bodies over the years including: the ABI Retirement and Savings Committee; the Chair of the ILAG Savings Strategy Group; a Founder member of and a Management Board Member of PICA, and many more.

Nico is the Chief Investment Officer at B&CE. Previously, he was Head of Defined Contribution (DC) Investment at Towers Watson, and Head of DC for the Barclays staff pension scheme.
He also chaired the Resource & Environment Board and is a member of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries Council.
Nico is a qualified actuary and has published papers on resource depletion and monetary sustainability – working to ensure climate change and other sustainability issues are understood and acted upon by actuaries where appropriate.

As Relationship Executive Team Leader for The People’s Pension, Rachael owns the acquisition of new business from the intermediary market and supports employers who approach us directly.
With over 10 years of financial and customer service experience, Rachael champions a quality service for all of our customers.
Stella is responsible for developing the marketing and brand strategies across our Money business area. She’s focused on shaping and developing our brand and building straightforward and easy to understand communications that meet our audiences’ needs.
Stella has over 30 years of experience in financial services and marketing. She was previously European Marketing Leader-Investments & Retirement at Mercer Consulting and has held a range of marketing and customer focused roles at companies such as MetLife Assurance, Legal & General, RBS and American Express.
David Brown is Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer and has over 30 years of experience in Financial Services. David was previously Strategy Director at AXA Wealth, AXA UK and Winterthur Life.
David has a Mathematics Degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. David joined B&CE in January 2018.
Steve Delo is Chairman of PAN Trustees, an award-winning independent trustee firm, and a former President of the Pensions Management Institute. He has twice been named ‘Independent Trustee of the Year’ by Engaged Investor and has been listed as one of the Top 50 people in pensions by Pensions Insight.
His 30 year career has included senior roles in scheme management, consulting, asset management and, for the last 13 years, trusteeship. He is a prominent accredited independent trustee sitting on DB and DC scheme boards and specialises in the governance of large-scale pension arrangements. He has chaired The People’s Pension since its establishment.
As National Business Development Manager, Glenn champions the delivery of the highest levels of service and support to our adviser customers. Glenn is happy to talk about any aspect of The People’s Pension from product offering to service delivery.
Glenn has 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has worked in the corporate pensions sector for most of that time and is a member of the Personal Finance Society.
Jenna Gadhavi joined B&CE in 2017 as Business Manager – Policy & External Affairs. She is responsible for B&CE’s policy research.
She has nearly 10 years of experience in the pensions industry and before working at B&CE, she was Special Projects Editor for Pensions Insight, Engaged Investor and Reward Magazines. This role incorporated both financial journalism and the creation and delivery of in-depth research projects across the pensions and benefits portfolio.
Tim is Head of Pensions Policy at B&CE and is responsible for B&CE’s pensions policy work.
Previously Tim led the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association’s work on DC pensions and worked in a variety of strategy and research roles at NEST Corporation.
Tim has degrees from the University of York and the London School of Economics.
Ruthanne is Head of Marketing Communications and leads a team providing copywriting and brand tone of voice advice across the business. Joining B&CE in 2014 she has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, including several communications roles at The Pensions Regulator.
Ruthanne is a Dementia Friends Champion, focused on creating accessible and easy to understand communications, and also one of B&CE’s Internal Coaching Pool (CMI Level 5 qualified).
Dave’s team is responsible for employer and intermediary relationships and the transfers of workplace arrangements to The People’s Pension.
Dave is an energetic and experienced speaker on pensions issues, building on 30 years’ working in financial services for pension scheme providers and a non-departmental public body. He’s also a member of the Personal Finance Society.
Kevin is the Director of Customer Services and is responsible for maintaining the high standards and award-winning service that B&CE provides to its employers and members. Another key area of focus for him is delivering excellence and efficiency within the current and future target operating model.
Kevin joined B&CE in June 2015 and has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, occupying a variety of leadership roles within the workplace pensions and long-term savings landscape.
Steven is the National Business Development Manager for B&CE, provider of The People’s Pension. He’s responsible for the retention and development of employer and adviser relationships.
Passionate about improving pension provision for low to moderate earners and delivering the best possible service to all employers and adviser customers, he has over 25 years of financial services experience. Steven joined B&CE in 2002.
Sam is responsible for ensuring our key policy messages are heard by parliamentarians, identifying opportunities to engage and shape the policy debate.
She has over 15 years of public affairs experience, working with organisations including Nationwide Building Society, Microsoft UK and the BMA. Sam sits on the committee of the CIPR’s Public Affairs Group. She has an MSc in Modern British Politics from the London School of Economics, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Communications through the PR Academy and the CIPR.
