Why is my balance a minus figure when I’ve requested payment to be taken?

Payment may not have been collected yet or the Direct Debit wasn’t set to collect when the file was uploaded.

Check the ‘make a payment’ section of Online Services to identify all outstanding payments and the date on which they’re due to be collected.
