Why can’t I update staff AE dates that I got wrong previously?

AE dates can’t be updated through File Upload. This is because the AE date supplied for an employee is in their joiner pack and if there’s a change to the date it’ll impact the opt-out period.

If this is identified during File Upload we’ll send you an error report telling you that the AE date doesn’t match.

Email the Excel version of the error report along with an explanation of why the dates differ to support@bandce.co.uk to request a change.
