I’ve tried to set up my Online Account but my customer number was not found. What do I do?


Your customer number will appear on any letter that we’ve sent you. Alternatively, please feel free to call us on 0300 2000 444 and we’ll be happy to advise you of this number; you’ll simply need to confirm your National Insurance number.  For security reasons, we aren’t able to disclose this information via an email.
