Why hasn’t one of my employees received a Privacy notice from B&CE?

B&CE, provider of The People’s Pension, needs to share its updated Privacy notice as part of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where we can, we’re using some of our existing communications to share this. But some of our customers will receive a separate letter or email. We’ll be sending these over the next few months. This means that not all of your employees will receive their letter or email at the same time.

If we don’t have up-to-date contact details for your employee they may not receive our letter or email. If you think this is the case please ask your employee to get in touch with us, or they can use their Online Account to update their details.
