What communication do you send to employees who leave?

We don’t send any correspondence to leaving employees as we provide all relevant information when they join and they retain access to their Online Account. However all ex-employees will continue to receive annual statements, either through their Online Account or in the post. We’ll also write to them they approach retirement.
