Beneficiary nomination form

Encourage your employees to nominate a beneficiary, so the Trustee will know which people or organisations to consider should anything happen to them.

Your employees can manage their beneficiaries online by:

  1. Going to and logging in to their Online Account
  2. Clicking the blue ‘Manage’ button to the right of the screen
  3. Clicking the grey ‘Beneficiaries’ tab at the top of the summary screen.

But if they’d rather not do it online, you can give them this paper beneficiary nomination form – to print, fill in and post back to us at:
