Moving to The People’s Pension is as easy as 1, 2, 3…

Our transfer process is nice and simple. And that applies whether your client’s current scheme is trust-based (like The People’s Pension) or contract-based.

Here’s how it all works:

1. Prepare to move

  • Work out (and tell us) their needs and requirements.
  • Decide if moving to The People’s Pension is right for them.
  • Complete some online forms (don’t worry, they’re short) so we can get them set up.
  • Let their old pension provider know they’re moving on.
  • Let their employees know that they’re changing workplace pension provider (we’ll help with that).

2. Moving made easy

  • We’ll set up their new workplace pension with us.
  • We’ll give them, and you, a timeline to say what will happen and when.
  • Our dedicated implementation team will oversee their move – and will happily work with you as much or little as you and your clients like.

3. Home sweet homehome-transparent

  • Move complete (and no van required)!
  • We’ll send their employees joiner information welcoming them to The People’s Pension.
  • And we’ll point them to our online communications toolkit. It’s got everything they need to talk to their employees about their pensions.
