How do I register the pension scheme?
You must register your pension scheme with The Pensions Regulator. Even if your existing scheme complies with the qualifying criteria, you still need to register with the regulator.
You can register the scheme yourself, or you can ask an agent, such as your accountant, to register the scheme for you. You will be able to register online.
